King Laurins‘ realm: the Dolomites
The Dolomites are not any old mountains as was borne out when they were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009. Their prominent summits and craggy rock faces are well known outside our borders. Mountaineers simply love the awesome fixed-rope routes (via ferrata) which will take them to dizzying heights. Hikers and mountain bikers are equally rewarded for their efforts when climbing these legendary mountains: nowhere else could they find grander views.
Corvara lies at the foot of the famous Sassongher Mountain and right next to the well-known Sellastock which has exciting adventures in store for you in both summer and winter. The Fanes Group and with it the nature park Puez Geisler invite you to enjoy hiking trips and bike tours with stunning views. The whole area is part of the world’s largest ski carousel, the Dolomiti Superski, which has become a true place of pilgrimage for all ski enthusiasts. Without a doubt, the Dolomites are one of the places that everyone must have seen at least once in their lifetime.
